An underground tunnel cable surveillance system using a robot according to the present invention comprises: a pair of rails; a driving unit; an articulated robot unit; an electricity supply unit; an image information acquisition unit; a sensor unit; and a control unit. Therefore, driving stability in an underground tunnel cable is improved, thereby increasing reliability of the system.
