The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional complex fabric. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional complex fabric, in particular suited for apparel such as a bubble jacket, using a functional nonwoven fabric, wherein functional materials do not get lost by needle punching in such a state that functional materials such as bacteriostatic, deodorant, moisture absorption, surface water repellency, purification, and blood circulation promoting effects are embedded between layers of nonwoven fabrics that are widely used for clothing, medical, and industrial purposes, thereby enabling to implement the function by the functional materials for a long time to contribute to the health of the human body.
