A liquid fuel production apparatus of sludge according to the present invention comprises: a precipitation tank formed to precipitate supplied sludge to remove the precipitated inorganic material in the sludge; an aging tank supplied with sludge from which the inorganic material is removed from the precipitation tank, and aged to activate at least a portion of the sludge from which the inorganic material is removed; a mixing tank formed to supply water to the sludge at least partially aged in the aging tank; a pump for applying a high pressure to the sludge mixed with water in the mixing tank; a subcritical reactor in which the sludge in a subcritical state is introduced by the pump and reacts the sludge in a mixture state containing liquid fuel in a subcritical state; and a separating unit for separating and extracting the liquid fuel from the mixture including the liquid fuel.
