According to an embodiment of the present invention, an emergency guide warning apparatus includes: an emergency guide machine integrated with an emergency guide housing, a transmitter located on the front side of the emergency guide housing to receive information about the occurrence of a fire, a warning sound generator located on the front side of the emergency guide housing to output a warning sound if the occurrence of a fire is detected, a psychedelic lamp located on the upper surface of the emergency guide housing to flicker if the occurrence of a fire is detected, a plurality of LED lamps located on the front side of the emergency guide housing to emit light, an exit guide lamp located on the front side of the emergency guide housing to guide a user to an exit, and an emergency guide control unit controlling the operation of the warning sound generator, the psychedelic lamp, the LED lamps and the exit guide lamp if the occurrence of a fire is detected; and a simple evacuation guide line which is a lamp line installed along a passage in a construction site to emit light to guide the user in a direction for evacuation. Therefore, the emergency guide warning apparatus is capable of creating visual information and acoustic information at the same time in case of an emergency.
