The present invention relates to a penetration test device for soil surveying of a site. The penetration test device for soil surveying of a site is provided to collect a specimen to classify the ground and embed a sampler to a predetermined depth by hitting the sampler to simultaneously evaluate and classify the site′s strength. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the penetration test device for soil surveying of a site includes: the sampler (10) collecting the specimen by being embedded into a ground excavation hole (100); a hitting unit providing hitting energy to the sampler (10); an anvil (30) connected to the upper part of the sampler (10) by a connection rod (20) for a hitting force of the hitting unit to be transmitted; and a penetration measuring unit (40) measuring a penetration rate of the sampler (10). The penetration test device for soil surveying of a site has multiple check valves (11) for discharging inner air, and the check valve (11) has a structure in which an opening and closing film (12) made of an elastic rubber material is stably supported by a support unit (13). The sampler (10) has a connection structure which can be attached and detached by a connection rod (20) and a screw thread (15, 25).
