The present invention provides an electric cart for charging electric vehicles which is driven based on user driving control and autonomous driving so as to reduce labor of a user and secure driving safety by central control in case of emergency at the same time. The cart is driven by at least one of the user control and the autonomous driving and charges the electric vehicles parked at a parking lot. Driving and stopping are controlled by at least one of the central control and a manager control in preference to the user control and the autonomous driving.
