The present invention relates to chondrogenic pellets differentiated from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and their use by transducing a minicircle vector encoding a growth factor. The chondrocyte pellet may express a marker gene of chondrocytes significantly, and express higher levels of chondrocyte marker genes in comparison with the chondrocytes induced by differentiation in a medium containing recombinant growth factor. When the chondrocyte pellets are implanted at the site of cartilage damage in vivo, cartilage regeneration may be effectively induced by differentiated chondrocytes, which is more effective than when transplantation of chondrocytes induced by differentiation-induced chondrocytes by adding a recombinant growth factor. Can be useful in tissue engineering therapeutic methods for cartilage regeneration.
