The present invention relates to an energy saving required for the development of a low-cost, high-efficiency, and field supply type plant factory production system and, more specifically, to a control method of an energy saving heat pump thermo-hygrostat for plant factory, which overcomes disadvantages of low energy efficiency due to low airflow uniformity, low CO2 concentration, inadequate humidity control in an early stages of operation, and high level of heating and cooling loads required to provide an optimal plant growth environment of conventional general air conditioner type air conditioner.
