The present invention relates to a load performance test apparatus for an absorption capacity of wave energy using a pendulum type wave energy convertor, which comprises a main frame of which a height can be adjusted in a water tank and a rotation unit rotating from side to side. Moreover, a fixing fixated to the rotation unit and a vertical movement unit horizontally moved by the fixing frame are installed. A floating unit vertically moved by the vertical movement unit can move and rotate in all directions, and comprises a measurement unit configured to measure an absorption capacity of wave energy of the floating unit by changing kinetic energy of the floating unit pendulum moved by a wave force to a rotating force.
