The present invention relates to a tile installed as a flooring material of a building. The tile comprises: a silicone tile pad (10) formed in the thickness of 4 mm or greater and having a predetermined size by each standard; and a urethane coating layer (20) coated on the outer surface of the tile pad (10) in the thickness of 10-100 μm. The tile pad (10) comprises: a gird type support rib (11) integrally protruding from the bottom and inducing fixing from the bottom; and a dome-shaped frictional protrusion (15) integrally protruding from the upper surface of the tile pad (10) and preventing a slip of a pedestrian. Therefore, according to the present invention, the tile can be formed based on silicone capable of creating various and human organism-friendly design. So, the tile can widely solve various problems of an existing stone tile, by providing excellent shock absorbing performance, noise absorbing performance, installation convenience, and maintenance. So, the tile can satisfy a general desire of a consumer.
