According to an embodiment of the present invention, an eye massage apparatus having a function of treating fatigue, drying, and swelling of an eye and an acupressure function. The eye massage apparatus of the present invention comprises: a shell body including first and second shell bodies, and a body cover; a massage cushion disposed inside the shell body; a massage driving apparatus disposed in the first and second shell bodies, and vibrating the massage cushion; and a connection shaft for relatively rotatably connecting the first and second shell bodies. The body cover is disposed to cover the connection shaft. The first shell body includes a first position limiting contact part in a region adjacent to the second shell body, and the second shell body includes a second position limiting contact part in a region adjacent to the first shell body. The body cover includes a position limiting block corresponding to the first and second position limiting contact parts to limit positions of the first and second shell bodies. The position limiting block includes a first position limiting part corresponding to the first position limiting contact part and a second position limiting part corresponding to the second position limiting contact part. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the position stability of the body cover is ensured when being unfolded for use and folded for storage. Also, a blocking effect is excellent and the beauty of the appearance can be realized by preventing the body cover from being excessively biased to the first or second shell body in a usage process.
