The present invention provides a method and method for manufacturing a liquid crystal alignment control optical structure using soft lithography which induces the formation of a defect structure having a regular arrangement by controlling the orientation of the organic liquid crystal monomolecules in a partition system made by soft lithography. The present invention relates to a liquid crystal alignment control optical structure manufactured by the present invention, which simultaneously produces surface defects, rubbing effects, and restraint effects that cannot be established at the same time, while generating a defect structure having a regular arrangement, and is uniformly aligned in a large area. It is possible to implement an orientation control platform that generates various defect structures.
