The present invention relates to a part forming system using semi-solid slurry produced through optimized process variables. According to the present invention, a system for producing semi-solid slurry by using a slurry cup and forming parts by using the semi-solid slurry is provided. The part forming system using semi-solid slurry produced through optimized process variables comprises: a high pressure washing unit for simultaneously performing foreign material removal and cooling of the inside of the slurry cup by using high pressure air blow; a release agent applying unit for applying a releasing agent to the inside of the slurry cup for the inside of which foreign material removal and cooling have been performed in the high pressure washing unit; a preheating unit for preheating the slurry cup applied with the releasing agent in the release agent applying unit; an injection unit injecting molten metal into the slurry cup preheated in the preheating unit; an electronic stirring unit electronically stirring the slurry cup into which the molten metal is injected in the injection unit; a removal unit for removing the produced semi-solid slurry from the slurry cup by transferring the slurry cup; and a forming unit which receives the produced semi-solid slurry from the removal unit and forms the same into parts.
