FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: telescope can be used to search for artificial and natural celestial objects, particularly space debris, in near-earth space. Survey-barrier telescope consists of an observation channel containing a lens with a radiation receiver, placed in a viewing channel body, a two-axis support-rotary device with a first - vertical - axis and second - horizontal - axis, equipped with drives, barrier channels made of lenses with radiation receivers, placed in housing of barrier channels and fixed outside observation channel housing. Inspection channel housing is installed on horizontal axis of biaxial support-rotary device, and fixed power ring structure is rigidly fixed on it. A movable power ring structure and its drive are installed, which are installed on the fixed power ring structure with possibility of rotation around the observation channel body. Hulls of barrier channels are fixed on movable power ring structure with possibility of rotation together with it around housing of observation channel.EFFECT: technical result is creation of survey-barrier telescope, capable of giving barrier field of view the required orientation when monitoring outer space at low altitudes.1 cl, 2 dwg
