FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and molecular genetics. Disclosed is genetic construct for heterologous expression of a thiazole-oxazole modified peptides of clebsazolin in cells of E. coli bacteria on the basis of two inducible expression vector plasmids - pBAD His/B and pET28a. Invention also relates topreparation agent thiazole-oxazole modified peptides of cleftsazolin by cultivating producer strain bacteria E. coli, obtained by transformation of bacterial cells by said genetic construct, followed by isolation of peptide from culture medium.EFFECT: invention enables to obtain thiazole-oxazole modified peptide of klebsazolitsin possessing antibacterial action due to inhibition of early stage of protein synthesis.3 cl, 14 dwg
