FIELD: sports.SUBSTANCE: exercise device is intended for rehabilitation of people with disabilities. Training device for people with disabilities comprises a frame and installed on it: a saddle device, piston systems, crankshafts fixed by means of main journals on the frame and made with possibility of rotation by means of muscular efforts of limbs of hands and feet sitting on the seat device of the user by means of interaction with crank pins of the crankshafts, wherein by means of kinematics piston systems including cylinders and pistons interacting with cylinders with rods are made with possibility of fixation of rods on crank shafts crankshafts, wherein rods reciprocating (reversible) movements together with the piston, wherein the cylinders bottom is hinged on the frame, and cylinders are equipped with nipple and indicator system, allowing to control and adjust pressure of gas or liquid in cylinder, wherein pistons are made with adjustable in them holes.EFFECT: this allows performing stationary motion trainer movements with legs and hands as on a bicycle with the desired controlled muscular effort by adjusting through holes in the piston.1 cl, 4 dwg
