Self-assembly of the Y-like matrix is carried out based on the complementarity principle of three single-chain artificially synthesized partially complementary oligonucleotides SEQ ID NO Y1, Y2, Y3. Formed Y-like matrix has the required sequence of nucleotides, which provides formation of the structure at the branch point, at which interaction of the protein Dps with the matrix takes place precisely in this place due to the arrangement of pairs of adenines and thymines.EFFECT: design of molecular structures with preset stoichiometry, containing protein Dps and artificially synthesized polynucleotide Y-like matrices, enabling their enzymatic cross-linking to form an ordered array with regular arrangement of Dps proteins on its surface.1 cl, 4 dwg
