The utility model relates to air conditioning and ventilation devices and can be used as an element of energy-saving supply and exhaust ventilation of various buildings and structures, designed to recover heat (cold) of exhaust air. The device consists of a heat-insulated housing (1) made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with two inlet and two outlet openings (2). In the housing are installed: a plate heat exchanger (3) made of plates (20) having the shape of an elongated hexagon with a ratio of length to width from 2.5 × 1 to 3.5 × 1, with each plate of the heat exchanger alternating on its surface in a checkerboard pattern the convexity and hollows in the form of a truncated cone, and along the perimeter the edges of the plate have double bends in the form of a step directed in one direction for a pair of opposing long ribs and a pair of opposite short ribs, and directed in the other direction for a pair of adjacent olozhnyh short ribs; thermocouple (8) installed at the inlet of the supply air into the heat exchanger; a control unit (9), which includes an electrical connection to the building ventilation system and a control circuit for the thermocouple and fans of the ventilation system with the function of protecting the heat exchanger from icing. As a technical result, the claimed utility model provides the ability to install the device in a supply and exhaust ventilation system of rectangular / or round ducts of sizes 120 × 60mm, 204 × 60mm, ∅ 125mm, ∅ 150 mm and ∅ 160 mm in order to recover heat (cold) of the exhaust air with an efficiency of up to 80% without icing heat exchanger at negative street temperatures, with low specific power consumption and low aerodynamic resistance.
