As a technical result, the claimed utility model provides the ability to install the device in a supply and exhaust ventilation system of rectangular / or round ducts of sizes 120 × 60mm, 204 × 60mm, ∅ 125mm, ∅ 150 mm and ∅ 160 mm in order to recover heat (cold) of the exhaust air with an efficiency of up to 80% without icing heat exchanger at negative street temperatures, with low specific power consumption and low aerodynamic resistance.
