Grizzly screen for dust-producing materials

The development relates to grate screens for dust-forming clay materials in mining, construction and other industries. The flat-screen screen for dust-forming materials includes longitudinal grate bars with a lined lining. The holes of the longitudinal channels united by the pipeline, for protection against blockage and wear with abrasive dust-forming materials, are made on the sides and on the underside of the grate under the lined linings. The cavities of the longitudinal grates are connected by a cross suction pipe coaxially embedded in a cross-beam. Along the perimeter of the side and bottom surfaces of the grates, grids with a gap to the holes are installed. The technical result is to increase the reliability of the installation, preserve the differential vacuum and, ultimately, save energy costs by reducing blockage and glossing over the openings of the channels from the falling pieces of clay transported material. 3 il.
