The invention relates to the field of prosthetic dentistry and concerns the design of a device for treating anomalies in the position of teeth in traumatic occlusion. The device contains a basis made in the form of a mandibular plate with fixation means and supporting metal plates with an ion-plasma nitride-titanium coating, as well as an orthodontic expansion screw located on the basis slot, where stabilizing plates are located in the basis of the molar teeth of the upper and lower jaws. Stabilizing plates limit movement and create a stable balance of the mandibular plate. In this case, the vertical load on the upper jaw is balanced and relieved, which allows you to move the teeth that are in traumatic occlusion immediately along the transverse and sagittal axes. This reduces the time required for the treatment of dental anomalies during traumatic occlusion and eliminates the need to manufacture additional devices for treating a patient.
