The technical result - the use of the installation directly on the vehicle during its operation with the possibility of operational control of the quality of mixing and the cetane number of two-component mixed fuel with different percentages of components due to the use of a rapeseed oil tank connected by a fuel line to the turbulator, as well as diesel fuel flow sensors and rapeseed oil.
