The proposed technical solution relates to the field of health, namely, rehabilitation (rehabilitation) medicine, to means of physical and neurophysiological stimulation of the structures of glial cells: astrocytes and oligodendrites - the ganglion of the cerebral cortex to improve the supply of the brain with glycogen and lipids, as well as the possibility of restoration of the central nervous system in case of injuries nervous system. The main solvable functional objective of the device is the stimulation of glial cells of the cerebral cortex in patients with various neurological diseases using mechanical influences of small amplitude and low frequency, with a period of modulations that varies from 1 minute to 4-5 minutes using emitters located locally on surface of the patient’s head, in an amount of 10 to 30 pieces.
