Essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the method of locating targets in the OBRS front viewing areas of a two-position radar system, based on synchronous irradiation of the area of the analyzed surface with double-beam antennas with phased antenna arrays of the main and additional OBRS, which are installed on moving parallel courses at one AC height, the left antenna beam of the main OBRS and the right antenna beam of the additional OBRS are oriented along the path velocity vectors of the corresponding AC and irradiating the front viewing area, simultaneously with the right OBRS main antenna beam, the OBRS front-view right antenna beam area is irradiated with the left-hand beam of which the front-view OBRS left-side antenna area is exposed, then, in the process of combined processing of primary radar images (RI) of the main and additional OBRS in the central control and information processing device, the azimuths of the targets are calculated, based on the distance values of the targets on the primary RI and the distance between the OBRS, and the azimuths of the targets on the primary RI of the additional OBRS, if these values do not match, the target is classified as moving and its position is corrected by performing recalculation of image parameters observed by the additional OBRS, to pseudo-observed RI main OBRS, after which by comparing target distances obtained in neighboring probing periods, determining velocity vector of moving target.EFFECT: enabling selection of fixed and moving targets with correction of coordinates of moving targets on the formed radar image.1 cl, 5 dwg
