Composition for manufacturing dinas heat-resistant concrete, which includes: binder, dinas aggregate, fine fillers and water, contains as a binder colloidal nanodispersed sodium polysilicates with a silicate module 6.5 and fine-grained fillers – zircon concentrate and natural amorphous finely divided silica with the following component ratio, mass %: dinas filler of fraction 0.15–7 mm 54–80, finely ground dinas with Ssp = 2500–3000 cm2/g 4–12, finely ground zircon concentrate with Ssp = 2500–3000 cm2/g 7–16, natural amorphous finely divided silica 4–8, colloidal nanodispersed sodium polysilicate 5–14, water from the calculation of V/T 0.12–0.14 on the mass of the dry components. Method for manufacturing dinas heat-resistant concrete from the said composition is that sodium colloidal nano-dispersed polysilicate with silica modulus 6.5 is preliminary prepared by adding 16 % silicon dioxide hydrosol to 20 % aqueous solution of sodium silicate with their ratio of 1:1.5, are mixed at 95 °C for 1.5 hours with holding of not more than 0.5 hours, while simultaneous stirring in high-speed mixer floured fillers are introduced: magnesite with specific surface area of 2500–3000 cm2/g, natural amorphous finely divided silica and water from the calculation of B/T 0.12–0.14 (based on the mass of the dry components, depending on the composition of the mixture) to obtain a homogeneous suspension that is mixed with the refractory dynas filler in a paddle mixer of forced action until a homogeneous mass is obtained, further, this mass is formed by pressing at a specific pressure of 40 MPa, hardening of which is carried out during the drying process: increase in temperature from 20 to 90 °C = 1.5 hours, holding at 90 ± 5 °C – 0.5 h, then increasing the temperature to 200 °C – 1 hour, 2 hours.;EFFECT: technical result is increased thermal stability and water resistance of articles made of dinas heat-resistant concrete.;2 cl, 2 tbl
