Metal fixation rod with a diameter of 5.5 mm is placed on the two terminal screws at the top and bottom of the instrumentalization zone, and compression is performed on the convex side of the arc in the apical zone, using a metal fixation rod with a diameter of 5.5 mm, the length of which exceeds the length of the instrumentalization zone of the scoliotic arch of the affected spine of the patient by 8–10 cm for possible natural sliding caudally and cranially of the spine synchronously with the patient's height along the partially fixed rod 5.5 mm in diameter. Final fixation of the rod with a diameter of 5.5 mm is performed on the 3 pedicle screws of the apical and periapical vertebrae under the rod of 5.5 mm by finally tightening the screw-nuts on them.
