For thermochemical disinfection and drying clothing and equipment, textiles and clothing made of woven and non-woven materials from cotton, synthetic and mixed fibers with protective coatings and without them are treated in batches with a weight not exceeding 11 kg at a time in drum-type devices. Specified equipment is placed in the washing and squeezing machine with a drum loading factor of not more than 2/3 of the volume of products made from cotton fibers or not more than 1/2 the volume of products made from synthetic and mixed fibers. Disinfectant solution with a temperature (70±1) °C with a flow rate of 3 liters⋅kg^-1 dry equipment for cotton fiber products or 5 liters⋅kg^-1 for the product of synthetic and mixed fibers. As a disinfecting solution, hydrogen peroxide is used with a concentration of 3 % by weight, to which one of the surfactants is added: catamine AB or neonol AF-9-12 in an amount of 0.1 % by mass, or sulfonol in an amount of 0.2 % mass, or isopropyl alcohol in an amount of 40 % by volume.
