First layer of insulation type in accordance with the back surface, namely, facing the wall, consists of a rigid XPS plate, having a thickness of between 20 mm and 200 mm, with a side tongue for alignment between adjacent panels. Second layer of drainage type consists of a waterproof embossed membrane made of HDPE, characterized by a small thickness, which is attached to the first layer mentioned by means of protrusions or hillocks facing the ground. Third layer of the filtering type consists of permeable geotextile, which is attached in front, namely to the heads of the above-mentioned tubercles, to form a drainage space in accordance with the front surface, namely facing the ground, the said third layer borders as a edge a rigid insulating layer for its partial overlap during continuous filtration. First layer of XPS material is characterized by a back surface, provided with a plurality of ventilation ducts parallel to each other and arranged vertically along the entire height, namely from the lower edge to the upper edge, to be located in direct contact with the outer surface of said wall, namely on the outer surface, creating a space for transpiration. Second and third layers attached to each other with the same dimensions as a drainage and flexible membrane, characterized by a width (L) equal to the width of the first layer mentioned, namely, they are aligned in the lateral direction and, on the other hand, are characterized by a greater length relative to it, fringing the top and bottom to form the upper edge and lower edge, respectively, so as to move the water down in a continuous vertical drainage over the entire height, namely from the height near the ground level and to the base of the wall, where the placement of perforated longitudinal drainage pipe is provided. Mentioned upper edge protrudes at least for 15 cm from the top edge of the first layer and to the prescribed level of the ground to connect and protect the front from backfilling and from water. First XPS insulating layer is characterized by a continuous tongue-and-groove dowel on two opposite vertical sides for high lateral waterproofing between adjacent panels.
