FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics and is intended to predict the risk of developing hypertensive disorder. DNA is extracted from peripheral venous blood in Russian individuals who are natives of Central Chernozem Region, and polymorphisms of cytokine genes of rs1800469 TGFβ-1 and rs833061 VEGFA are analyzed.
