FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the production of synthetic rubbers used in the manufacture of tires, rubber products, electrical and other fields, namely, the method of producing copolymers based on conjugated dienes, copolymers obtained by this method, and rubber mixtures based on the obtained copolymers. Method is described for preparing copolymers based on conjugated dienes and vinyl aromatic monomers in a hydrocarbon solvent medium to produce functionalized low molecular weight polymerization (1) and branched high molecular weight polymerization (2) and the subsequent mixing of the polymers obtained, where polymerizate (1) is obtained by copolymerization in the presence of an electron donor additive, an initiator, which is an organolithium compound, to at least 95 % conversion of monomers, followed by the addition of an end modifier selected from the group of cyclic compounds containing in its structure at least one atom of sulphur and nitrogen, or at least one atom of oxygen and silicon, or at least one atom of nitrogen and oxygen; polymerizate (2) is obtained by copolymerization in the presence of, optionally, a polar comonomer selected from the group of vinyl-silanes, an electron donor additive, an initiator, that is an organolithium compound, to at least 95 % conversion of monomers and then adding one or more branching agent.
