FIELD: physiotherapy; cosmetology.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology physiotherapy in therapeutic, sports and sanitary-preventive hydro-massage, sports and restorative medicine, namely to therapeutic methods of human skin exposure, designed to increase skin elasticity, performance of anti-cellulite actions and deep massage with effect of skin cells cleaning and recovery. Device for hydromassage with alternating sign from negative to positive pressure on patient's skin comprises body made with vortex chamber, nozzle for supplying water under pressure and cylindrical sliding gate located in upper part of housing. Vortex chamber has an axis of symmetry and an axisymmetric outlet channel located coaxially with the vortex chamber and having an expanding toroidal neck on the end surface. Inlet union has axis of symmetry offset in lateral direction relative to vortex chamber axis of symmetry. Cylindrical sliding shutter is connected with mushroom-shaped handle by means of rod with spring put on it and installed with possibility of destruction of laminar flow of liquid from nozzle.;EFFECT: invention allows to increase efficiency of massage due to exposure on patient's skin with alternating pressure from negative to positive.;1 cl, 2 dwg
