METHOD OF TREATING LONG-STANDING AND RECURRENT DISLOCATIONS OF STERNAL END OF CLAVICLE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for treating long-standing and recurrent dislocations of sternal end of clavicle. Canals are formed in the anterior-posterior direction perpendicular to the clavicle and sternum surface by means of a guide with a limiter and drill using 70° arthroscope. Synthetic band is introduced into both channels in the sternum U-shaped in the front-back manner. Nitinol conductor loops are introduced in both channels at the sternal end of the clavicle. Ends of tape are loaded into conductor loops and through formed channels are brought out on anterior surface of sternal end of clavicle, then crossing at the level of sternoclavicular joint, by loops-conductors in direction from dorsal to ventral surface output on sternum handle. Sternal end of the clavicle is finally reduced, and the ends of the sutures are tightened and tied.;EFFECT: method provides reduced traumatic effect of surgical intervention, rotational stability.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
