METHOD OF TREATING ACUTE TISSUE HYPERTENSION SYNDROME IN PHLEGMON OF FOOT

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and can be used for treating acute tissue hypertension syndrome with foot phlegmon. Method comprises synchronous invasive measurement of interstitial pressure in an internal fascial bed of foot (P1) and in an external fascial bed of foot (P2) on a healthy foot, in an internal fascial bed of the sole (P3) and in an external fascial bed of the sole (P4) on foot on the side of phlegmon. Difference of pressure is determined in the area of internal and external fascial beds of foot of both feet by formula R1 = P3-P1 and R2 = P4-P2. If R1 is equal to 30 mm Hg. and more, fasciotomy of an internal fascial bed of a sole from vertical incision 3.0 cm long at the level of a middle third of I metatarsal bone is performed on a foot on the side of phlegmon. If R2 is 30 mm Hg and more, the fasciauterotomy of the external fascial bed of the sole is made from vertical incision 3.0 cm long at the level of the middle one-third of V metatarsal bone. If R1 and R2 are equal to 30 mm Hg. and more, fasciocomia of internal fascial bed of sole from vertical incision 3.0 cm long is simultaneously performed on foot on phlegmon side at level of middle third of I metatarsal bone and external fascial bed of sole from vertical incision 3.0 cm long at level of middle third of V metatarsal bone.;EFFECT: method provides preventing the development of possible complications by selecting a surgical approach based on measurement of interstitial pressure.;1 cl, 3 ex
