METHOD OF COMBINED TREATMENT OF NON-SMALL-CELL LUNG CANCER

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and concerns a combined treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer. That is ensured by lymphotropic chemotherapy following radical surgical intervention with extended mediastinal lymphadenectomy. For lymphotropic chemotherapy, a catheter is placed in the mediastenum, a distal portion of the catheter is inserted in the fifth intercostal space along a parasternal line on the anterior thoracic wall, and starting from 3 days after the operation, an endolymphatic guide is introduced into the catheter, which is a glucose-novocaine mixture in proportions of 100 ml of 5 % glucose and 100 ml of 0.25 % novocaine. Then, at 15 minutes, a cisplatin solution is administered drop-by-drop through the catheter in dose of 25 mg/m².;EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness and reduced risk of non-small-cell lung cancer metastasis.;1 cl
