FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and is intended for intensification of uranium and other minerals extraction by underground leaching method. Method is implemented by plasma-pulse action (PPA) on the hydrosphere of wells. At that, the method involves pumping of working agent into productive formation through system of working agent solutions distributed in space injection wells and pumping by means of submersible pump of interaction products of extracted elements with working agent solution through system of production wells. At that, operation of injection wells and production wells is stopped, and further PPA is performed to hydrosphere of injection and production wells. Said PPA is performed by means of electrohydraulic borehole emitter controlled by pulses – PPA, generating elastic and electromagnetic field pressure pulses by means of initiation of electrohydraulic discharge by calibrated conductor in spark gap between electrodes. At that, the PPA on the hydrosphere of wells is carried out simultaneously in the injection and production wells with the located in them well PPA emitters, each of which is equipped with a ground-based individual computerized control panel. PPA synchronization pulse is triggered by a ground-based computerized control panel of one of said radiators connected by a communication line to a ground-based computerized control panel of the other emitter.;EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of PPA on hydrosphere, as well as reduced labour costs for implementation of exposure technology.;10 cl, 2 dwg
