FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sheet metal processing by pressure and can be used for molding hollow thin-wall parts of complex shape in small-batch and single-piece production. Flat thin-sheet billet fixed at the end of forming mandrel fixed in matrix base and coupled with installed on it process nozzles, processed by means of spinning head around mandrel. At that concentric cone-shaped nozzles are used conjugated to each other and to shaping mandrel. Said cones are furnished with radius of rounding of upper end face with conical surface of nozzles by flanging periphery of billet by angle equal to angle of deflection of generatrix of cone of process nozzle from generatrix forming mandrel corresponding to performed process transition. As the angle of deflection of the generatrix of the cone-shaped nozzle decreases when passing to the next process transition, the nozzles are removed with smoothing of formed corrugations on conical surfaces of process nozzles.;EFFECT: possibility of forming hollow thin-wall parts of complex shape from thin-sheet workpiece.;4 cl, 3 dwg
