FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a packer, a method for sealing a cable in a packer, a method of assembling a packer with a cable. Packer comprises a barrel, a cable sealing assembly arranged on the barrel and having technological channels arranged therein, a sealing assembly, an anchor arranged below sealing assembly, and an adjustable assembly located at the bottom of the packer. Barrel outer surface is concentric with packer axis. Barrel has longitudinal groove for cable laying. Sealing assembly is rigidly connected to cable sealing unit rigidly fixed on barrel. At least one elastic element located in the longitudinal slot of the barrel in the section located inside the cable sealing assembly completely covers the cable and seals it in the packer. Elastic element is deformed from forces applied to end surfaces of elastic element and directed towards each other along packer axis, transmitted through semi-rings and blocks, which are part of sealing unit, from screws screwed on housing and sealing assembly. Cable in barrel slot below sealing assembly is protected by cable cover. Upper yoke is located above sealing unit, lower yoke is located under anchor. On the barrel surface there are straight and shaped slots for the anchor operation. Both slots do not cross lengthwise slot. Method of packer sealing in packer consists in cable sealing by elastic element. Method of assembling packer with cable consists in passing cable through assemblies and parts of packer in sequence, which is defined in structure, and elastic element is installed.;EFFECT: reduction of labor costs for cable installation in packer.;7 cl, 26 dwg
