FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: for implantation into bone tissue, dental implant (1) is used, comprising: central portion (2) having apical end (4), coronal end (6) and outer surface (8) extending along a longitudinal direction between said apical end (4) and said coronal end (6); and at least one thread (12) located at least on threaded part of said outer surface (8), which must have preferential properties with respect to primary and secondary stability. According to this invention, this is achieved by the fact that central part (2) comprises: formed zone (22) of central part, preferably near said coral end (6), wherein in formed zone (22) of central part cross-section of said central part (2) has a number of main directions, in which radius, which measures distance between center (50) of cross section and its external outline, takes relative maximum value and, consequently, higher value, than in neighboring orientations; circular zone (20) of the central part, preferably next to said apical end (4), wherein in circular zone (20) of central part cross-section of said central part (2) has a generally circular shape; and, as can be seen in said longitudinal direction, transition zone (26) located between said formed zone (22) of central part and said circular zone (20) of central part, wherein in transition zone (26), the cross-section geometry of said central part (2) as a function of the parameter characteristic of the coordinate in said longitudinal direction, continuously varies from the substantially circular shape next to said circular zone (20) of the central portion to a shape, in which cross-section of said central part (2) corresponds to cross-section shape in said formed zone (32) of central part.
