FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, microsurgery, traumatology, orthopaedics, and can be used in traumatic amputation of fingers during re-implantation or in separate injures of fingers flexor tendons. Deep flexor tendon is shortened on the distal phalange of the finger. Primary suture from the area of the primary injury is displaced distal to the ring-shaped ligament with the bent finger position. For shortening, the distal portion of the thickness of the tendon of the deep flexor muscle is thinned by 1/2 of the thickness of its fibres. Thin part of bundles of tendon fibres is folded U-shaped. Formed tendon duplication is sutured through with interrupted suture through all its layers.;EFFECT: method provides reducing the rehabilitation period by reducing the risk of infection when restoring integrity of the finger tendon.;1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
