Method of obtaining sheet from aluminum alloy to make stamped structure of body or structural part of car body, includes vertical continuous or semi-continuous casting of slab, having composition, wt. %: Si: 0.15–0.50; Fe: 0.3–0.7; Cu: 0.05–0.10; Mn: 1.0–1.5; other elements 0.05 each and 0.15 in general, the rest is aluminum, and stripping of slab, homogenisation at temperature of at least 600 °C for at least 5 hours with subsequent controlled cooling to temperature of 550–450 °C for at least 7 hours, then cooling to room temperature after at least 24 hours, heating to temperature of 480–530 °C with temperature rise for at least 8 hours, hot rolling, cooling, cold rolling and annealing at temperature of at least 350 °C, hardening treatment, with degree of deformation between 1 % and 10 %, chemical etching of mechanically disturbed layer.;EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing sheet formability and thread corrosion resistance.;17 cl, 1 ex, 3 tbl, 3 dwg
