FIELD: television technology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television equipment and is intended for use in television cameras made on the basis of matrix television sensors based on the technology of charge-coupled devices (CCD), in which electronic sensitivity control is provided due to changes in the intraframe accumulation time. Matrix accumulation section CCD has format of 1:1 and is divided horizontally into n isolated targets from each other with the same format, which have parallel control of photo reception and scanning processes, wherein the peak value of the difference signal obtained by leading and nondestructive measurement of the level of the charge relief on each of the n targets is used as a control voltage to determine the current accumulation duration per frame for each said target.;EFFECT: automatically increasing sensitivity for said fragments of a television frame by increasing accumulation time for said fragments and allowing their spatial position to be correctly selected on the target of the photodetector.;1 cl, 7 dwg
