METHOD FOR MODELING A WEAK ANTERIOR ABDOMINAL WALL IN RATS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine and can be used to simulate a weak anterior abdominal wall in rats. Retreating 1 mm to the right and to the left of the white abdominal line, perform two incisions 2 mm deep to a posterior wall of rectus sheath. Abdominal rectus is separated by the blunt method by exposing the posterior wall of her vagina and peritoneum in both incisions. Peritoneum is separated by the blunt method from a transverse fascia of abdomen to the level of spigelian line. Additional symmetrical pararectal incisions with length of 4 cm along lateral border of vagina of rectus abdominis muscle are performed without dissecting peritoneum.
