That is ensured by photosensitising endometrium by intrauterine introduction of Radachlorin 3.5 mg or Photoditazine 0.5 mg with exposure 60–90 minutes. That is followed by a photodynamic therapy by exposing the inner walls of the uterine cavity with laser radiation at wave length 662 nm in continuous mode to obtain a light energy density of 30–40 J/cm² at radiation power of 0.3–0.4 Wt.;EFFECT: method provides effective sanitation of the endometrium irrespective of the type of agent due to selective destructive effect on the centers of pathological changes without systemic phototoxic and side effects.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex
