TEMPORARY REMOVABLE DENTURE FOR PERIOD OF OSTEOINTEGRATION OF DENTAL IMPLANTS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedic and surgical dentistry, and is applicable for osteointegration of two-stage dental implants. Temporary removable denture is made individually by optical imprint of patient’s dental arch. It is made monolithically from polymethylmethacrylate in the preoperative period by volumetric printing, has a basis, artificial teeth and system of clasps, wherein the basis of the prosthesis is modeled so that its edge on the lingual side overlaps the internal oblique line, and in places planned for installation of dental implants, there was gap of 2 mm, and the clasps system is represented by two T-shaped processes from the basis of the prosthesis and connected to the occlusal patch with the possibility of fixation on 2–3 supporting teeth located medial to the denture defect, wherein on the inner distal surface of the basis of the prosthesis in the projection of the center of the alveolar bone, a device for fixing the spherical head of the mini-dental implant is rigidly fixed.;EFFECT: use of temporary removable denture allows performing prosthetic repair of end defects of dental arch for period of osteointegration of dental implants.;1 cl, 1 dwg
