FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind-power generating plant includes a rotor with a vertical axis of rotation and concave blades and a cylindrical concentrator consisting of guides fixed on racks. At that, according to the first embodiment, the concave blades of the rotor and concave guides of the concentrator face each other with concave surfaces, and concave guides of the concentrator with radius of bend R are fixed by one end to the internal support circle of the concentrator, and by other end to concentrator outer support circle, wherein angle between guide chord and concentrator outer diameter is within 25° up to 45°, and guide bend radius is calculated by formula: R = R1-R2, where R is bend radius of guide, R1 is concentrator outer radius, R2 is concentrator inner radius. According to the second embodiment, concentrator guides are photoelectric panels installed on frames fixed by one end to internal support circle of concentrator, and other end to concentrator outer support circle and forming angle α between diameter of concentrator and plane of photoelectric panel in range from 20° up to 45°.;EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of operating efficiency wind-power generating installation.;3 cl, 3 dwg
