FIELD: measuring equipment.;SUBSTANCE: device for measuring amplitude-phase (AF) noise of microwave radio pulse signal sources with high duty cycle of high-coherence detection and communication systems relates to measurement equipment and can be used to control level of amplitude-phase (AF) noise at different stages of manufacture and operation of transmitters of location systems and communication. Device consists of interconnected mixer, amplifier with cutoff, intermediate frequency filter and emitter follower. Intermediate frequency filter is a quartz filter with the possibility of filtering the zero harmonic of the carrier frequency with AF noise adjacent to it, provided that: Frf/Fr=integer; 2Fr≥Pf≥Fr, where: Frf is quartz filter central frequency; Fr is repetition frequency of radio pulses; Pf is the pass band of the quartz filter.;EFFECT: wider dynamic range and high reliability of measurements when measuring the AF noise of the radio pulse signal.;1 cl, 2 dwg
