FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: system for cleaning and electromagnetic diagnostics of technical state of steel pipelines relates to diagnostics of technical state. System for cleaning and electromagnetic diagnostics of technical condition of steel pipelines includes in-pipe device for cleaning and diagnostics of pipeline, which comprises electromagnet system for complex diagnostics of technical state of pipeline, providing measurement of thickness of analyzed pipe by sectors; measurement of internal profile of analyzed pipe; detection of pipe type defects, tie-ins, longitudinal and transverse cracks; measuring computerized system at pumping control station, including computer, pressure sensor and sensor of flow meter; locator with antenna to monitor the true position of the in-tube instrument; wireless communication channel between the locator and the computerized measuring system at the pumping control station for the pumping modes operational control.;EFFECT: technical result is possibility of complex diagnostics of pipeline condition during cleaning.;11 cl, 2 dwg
