FIELD: biochemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly to a recombinant immunoglobulin light chain nucleic acid comprising at least two unveraging gene segments V_L rights and at least one unhearred gene segment J_L human functionally related to the immunoglobulin light chain constant region sequence. Moreover, two unprogrammed gene segments V_L human are represented by gene segments Vκ1–39 and Vκ3–20 persons, each of which contains at least one histidine codon, which is not coded by corresponding gene segment Vκ1–39 and Vκ3–20 germline of human.
