FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: device for treating arthritis and arthrosis of extremities, generally having the shape of a casing, in the form of a glove or a sock, which contains: inner layer made of porous material (14); a second layer in the form of a paraffin filled chamber (1) which covers the entire inner space; surrounding said inner paraffin layer (1), the following elements are located: teflon tire (2) equipped with means for straightening fingers or toes (wires made from nitinol or similar material); very thin layer made of latex or insulating material (4); and, finally, outer coating (6); at that said device can be additionally equipped with wires or windings (5) around every finger or in parallel to hand or back hand.
