FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: rotor device for a turbomachine comprises a disc, blades, a sealing flange, an intermediate ring and a seal. On the outer periphery of the disc there are alternating slots and teeth passing in the downstream direction on the disc. Blades extend radially from the disc and have root parts inserted in axial direction into grooves and held in radial direction by disc teeth. Sealing flange is located on upper or lower downstream side of disc and is intended for sealing cavities formed in radial direction between, respectively, root parts of blades and lower parts of disc slots. Sealing flange comprises inner part retained by disc and outer part extending in axial direction and facing, respectively, upstream or downstream ends of disc teeth and root parts of blades. Intermediate ring is located in axial direction between sealing flange and disc teeth, and in radial direction between inner part and outer part of disc. Seal is located in axial direction between intermediate ring, on one side, and disk teeth and root parts of blades, on other side, wherein the intermediate ring and the sealing flange are configured to create a seal between the sealing flange, on one side, and the disc teeth and root parts of the blades, on the other side, during rotation. In compliance with another version of rotary device sealing flange is located both on top and bottom sides of disc.
