FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for treating perforations and esophagus ruptures. Esophagus wall is separated. Defect in the esophagus wall is detected. Through drain tube with perforations is passed through a defect in the wall of the esophagus. First end of the drain tube is brought out through the nasal passage outward, the second end of the drain tube is brought out through the defect of the esophagus wall through the incision on the skin; the holes of the drain tube are placed in the soft tissues to the outside from the area of the defect in the wall of the esophagus. Skin is partially closed with vicryl to drain tube. Spongy jaw is formed. Wound is applied on the neck, a tampon is applied on the drain tube into the wound to a closed defect in the wall of the esophagus, perforation holes are covered with a swab in the drain tube. Skin is partially sutured over the tampon, the tampon is covered with an adhesive dressing, a local vacuum dressing is performed on the wound, above the tampon by vacuum therapy. First end of the drain tube is plugged, the second end of the drain tube is connected to a connecting port in the form of a tube from soft silicone and connected to the vacuum therapy apparatus for treating the wounds with negative pressure. After the inflammatory process is stopped and the granulations are manifested in the wound on the neck, a tampon is removed.
